Contest Brief

I originally posted this as a job but found it difficult to look at so many portfolios and figure out who would do the best job. So, I am posting this as a contest and the winner will not only receive the prize stated but will get the job to design all subordinate pages of the site.

Attached is a rough layout of the home page as we envision it. I have also attached the picture we currently plan on using as the top pane of the site. Consider this a ROUGH draft only. Be creative and feel free to move things around if you think it works better.

Project Description:
I need a responsive design done for a law farm website. I don't
want any themeing work but just a good design, a layered PSD and
the slashed graphic elements from the PSD when you hand over the
code to me. The design will be for approximately 4 pages. More
details will be given out later.

It is much more important to me that the applicant have an
excellent eye for design than it is that they be a strong coder. I
will be looking heavily at the portfolios before contacting any
bidders. So, please only bid if you have a strong website design
portfolio.
