Contest Brief

2 sided shirt design on a tan/olive colored shirt.

The front can be 3-4 colors (one should be tan or olive)
The two key parts of the front side is:
FGB '14 (this should be in camo - see attachment)
VFW Post 4476 Taylor, TX
The design should include the push press silhouette & incorporate a military look (stars, dog tags etc).
Include:
One Day
One Workout
One Purpose

The back is will be 1 color

I will include the same style from front design of FGB '14

Also will include Milestone CrossFit logo (see attached)

3 rounds for max reps
Change station every minute
Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20/14)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55)
Box jump (24″, 20″)
Push-press (75/55)
Row (Calories)
1 minute rest after each round
