Contest Brief

We need a logo concept for our startup in Hungary.

Called FunkySwapp.

This is a mobile app, we would like to launch an Indiegogo campaign and have a work version of our pitch video.

Red color is NOT a must, we just used it in the work version.
The logo must work as an app icon as well.

Insights:

Core idea: You can swap your needless but funky stuffs in a gamified way.

The community rates your stuff, you can not rate it. If it's really funky, item gets in the marketplace.
No money, the only value is funkyness from 1-10.000
No browsing, items appear for you, for limited time
But they are really cool.

Core value: Values meet.

Users first rate the uploaded items, and if it's "Funky" so receives enough votes it goes to the marketplace!
we'd like to avoid the garbage, and offer really cool stuffs! You earn funkypoints after upload or rate an item. The funkypoints can be used for purchase. But every item has a max valuation! So funkypoint is not a secondary currency, That's why you can may swap your cool item for something very valuable! You cannot browse, items appear according to your interest, but mainly, it's like "pig in a poke" :)
