I need Logo for a Government entity called The Public Authority for Minors Affairs.

The Public Authority for Minors Affairs is a Kuwaiti government organisation that aims to protect the financial rights of minors and individuals with partial or total legal disability by safeguarding and investing their money to ensure their wellbeing.

I want a creative Modern Design.
Logo design Must be Simple, Clean and less clutter.
Kuwait Flag contains 4 colours : Red, Green, Black & white, You can use those colours for your design. You may use other modern colour to match your design if needed.
