Whoa.. It seems like you have to collect data using HANDHELD GPS. it means submitter must do it themselves. but if you want me to calculate for you (I have a very powerful software to do it and not need to use GPS can be done from anywhere to calculate every location around the world. I'm a CIVIL ENGINEER)
Simply create a private job and hire me directly if you wan me to do it. but the fee Is $500 because a lot of complex data processing and calculating that needs more than 5 days to complete.- 10 years ago
