  Here are some thoughts for everyone:
  
  1) Please do not suggest a total redesign of my website. I want new colors and graphics that fit into the existing sizes and places on my website.
  
  2) The name of my business is "Rob1SEO"
  
  3) Don't make the header too busy, I like some of the ideas in 12, 5, 15, 17, 16.
  
  4) My logo should go on the let side. Don't ad another graphic in the header that competes for attention with my logo, put something is that compliments the logo. Some shapes/colors that aren't solid and square are preferred.
  
  5) I don't like icons that have old phones or the like.

     I don't like the background at all. I do like the text in the header but not the picture of the man in the suit. I prefer icons that are more stylized and not square.
