Do you want the first two in white stripped from the image? Kind of weird to make them white on a white background, just want to be sure. :)

And wanted your opinion on the last new one? Do you like it better?

  The drop down lead to a dictionary page, a letter leads my mind to e-mail which is not the case.
  
  I also need to white so that they can be placed on a blue background. These icons will follow these segments throughout the website.

  The best one is the industry one. Perhaps a less bulky option would be better and more clean. The second one is also good but not spot on as the industry one. I am not sure what could be used here. The question mark is to me a bit too simplistic and the box is saying how can we help you.
  
  The blue that we are using is R0 G157 B220 and then 80% and 60% of that.
  
  The two first ones from the left also need to be in white so that we can place them on a blue background. On the two first ones I believe you are nearly there but the question mark is not really up for it. Any more clarification please let me know.r

The formats you want me to send your new design in isn't allowed, I think it's because it's because you asked for a graphic design, something like that generally is something that will remain the same, so JPG, PNG etc. will be thought of as sufficient. I have sent the file to you in the same file as the attachment instead, in PNG format. If you really aren't satifisfied when about it's format, please tell me.
