Contest Brief

We have people landing on our homepage through various means. We need a way to help the person realize that if they click on "Military and Government", "EMS" or "Hospital", then we will serve up content that is most appropriate to them.

The way the page is now, the white boxes for those words are not as recognizable. I need to leave those there, and can't alter them, so what I want is some sort of image above the white boxes, within the blue area, that catches people's eye, and helps them realize that they should click on one of those white boxes.

Maybe some sort of arrow(s) with words that tell the user "choose your environment and we'll show how Thermal Angel helps you"

The blue background needs to stay the same, so anything designed needs to have good contrast with that blue background.
