We need in the design to have some elements that represent online learning. For example, to have a tablet chair with a laptop or a keyboard or a mouse on its tablet, and to have zeros and ones going out of it or to have them in the background in a nice way.

We need please the title to be near the left side and the minaret and dome (which indicate Islam) near the right side and some elements between them to indicate online learning (eLearning). No need to put more Islamic elements other than the minaret and a dome. Please read the clarification I posted it earlier. Thank you.

Still there isn't an element that indicates online learnig. Also the background with clouds was better in regards to design even though the colors of #22 are better. Also it is better to remove the map and put something related to online learnig.

about #19
i made a simple logo, embed it with the header.
if you are planing on making a logo later on, you can still take it out of the header,
i didn't merge any layers, so you can edit whatever you like.
am i getting close to what you have in mind? or should i consider a total different style?- 11 years ago

More Clarification (in addition to the requirements mentioned in the contest): When making the design, please try to have a nice design in the background with colors of medium darkness or between medium and dark (and not a white or plain background). Make sure it goes well with the layout and colors of the site (at this link http://osc4.template-help.com/wordpress_28214/). Also please put the title near the left side and the minaret and dome (which indicate Islam) near the right side and some elements between them to indicate online learning (eLearning). But try to have some connection in a beautiful way between eLearning elements and the Islamic elements. Also try to blend these elements in to the background in a nice way. And it is better to have the title in a nice calligraphy without losing its clarity. Please note there won't be a search box on the header.
