A logo for a daycare...

Looking for an angel with wings holding a baby with several older children standing in front of her of various ages/sizes.

We are daycare with much diversity, so I would like each of the kids to be different skin colors. I would like the angel to be smiling down on the children and the children to be smiling/laughing. Maybe we could add a blue graduation cap to the older children?

I dont need the name included in the logo, however i wouldnt mind seeing what it looked like included with the logo. I do not want it to look "cartoonish" but more abstract/classy.

Contest is 7 days, but I am hoping to choose a winner as soon as possble!

Jasonwilliamsart, I did want a logo. That's why I kept asking for abstract, but no body seems to know what I mean by that??? I was not asking for a detailed illustration, but I am just trying to make the best of it at this point.

  There are some more abstract ones, that you could have commented on to set them on the correct path. Even if they were not exactly what you were looking for, if you had given feedback, they could have been improved. And by doing that, the other designers would grasp the idea that you needed a logo, not an illustration - something that your current ratings contradict. Entries #1 , #16 , #24 and #44 are logos, while the best rated ones aren't. Some of the ones I mentioned don't follow the guidelines you gave, but they could have been straightened if given the proper feedback. I notice #44 seems to have pretty much all the details you asked, but a lot more abstract. I didn't enter this contest because I got really confused with the entries. Don´t get me wrong, I'm just speaking my mind. Thank you for the opportunity anyway.

I thought (as many people did) that you wanted a LOGO, but now, based on your comments and reviews, what you really want is an ILLUSTRATION. Your brief was misleading.

Most of these entries look too childish for what I'm wanting. Number 40 is the closest to what I'm looking for so far. I want something a bit more classy. I don't want goofy faces, stringy hair, etc. I'd like the children to also be clothed in white so they look angelic also and I'd like a blue background so that the white shows up. Id also like clouds along the bottom with the words "Heaven Sent Children's Academy" written in the clouds. Thanks!

Is the word "daycare" part of the institution name or tag line.... have to appear in the logo? I understand Heaven Sent is the name and Children's Academy the tag line, isn't it?

I would like the angel to be holding the baby and I'd like the design to be a bit less "cartoonish" and more abstract. Not too much bold color. I'd like to stay with more whites/blue tones.
