Contest Brief

My name is Steve Didham, I am a Clinical Social Worker based in London, Ontario, Canada. I am launching a new consulting and counselling practice - called Phoenix Consulting and Counselling- and need assistance with the Logo. I am attaching a Logo that I want to use but need help with fine tuning it: specifically, I want the logo to connect "head to heart" of the Phoenix Logo - perhaps by using a different shade/color to highlight the head and heart areas of the Phoenix.

I am also open to changing colors/using more than one color as my practice will be primary focused on raising awareness and dismantling systemic racism and embedding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, whether its the non-profit (social services, policing, child welfare, mental health, etc.) or profit (small and large corporations, law offices, etc.). I welcome any and all ideas about how to capture this within the logo.
