Contest Brief

I need a classified ad created that will be used to promote a community in Costa Rica. The ad will direct the user to a Sales lead page with the end result of them asking for more information by providing their email and contact information.
Target market: People wishing to retire or change careers and lifestyle to a cheaper and slower pace of life. People worried that the US economy is on a downturn and looking for a place to retreat that provides a safe active community with abundant food available and a way to build a new life. People looking to purchase for use in the future as retirement but want to use rental program for now and vacation there. This could be couples, singles or families with children.
Major points to include, Latest development phase "Eagle Crest" should be promoted, the ability to use a 401K/IRA account to purchase for investment, Financing options, self-Sustainable systems, food, community, eco businesses, animal refuge, ability to have start your own business.
The ad should include photos and a link to a landing page for more information. Videos could be used as well from what's available on the sites and most of what's on Youtube. Other ideas are welcomed for how to market using classifieds.

As an example if you search online at Craigslist in Costa Rica and search 'Osa Mountain village' you should see some advertisements, some are specific to a one piece of property, I am looking for an ad for the whole development and the new phase eagle's nest.
