For $30 even if it takes 5 minutes per post it will take about 17 hours. Are you seriously offering something like $2.00 per hour? Not to mention the specificity of this contest. You are targeting charities on Facebook specifically looking for fund raising strategies. Forget 5 minutes, I'd be surprised if anyone can get 1 post done in 15 minutes. That brings us to a remarkable hourly rate of 50 cents per hour. Some posts will get deleted. As more people post, it will get harder to find new charity posts...

I don't know about you, but your description states that you want the winner to reach 200 posts. You are not looking for everyone to just submit some random number below 200 hoping they submitted more than their buddy in order to get that juicy $30 prize. Even if this were true, to guarantee victory you would have to get 51% of the submissions or 101 posts. That would be just $1-4/hr.

Feel free to further clarify this project because I just can't wait to get my hands on it!

No - we're not offering $2 per hour.

My understanding is that there are automated tools that can easily find relevant blogs by looking for things like "fundraising ideas", "looking for donations", etc.. Then clicking through them to make a quick decision if they're relevant and leaving a short comment should not take 5 minutes. In most cases you can accept or reject a blog just by reading the title.

If at the end of the contest nobody thought it was worthwhile to post 200 submissions we will award the price to whomever put forth the most effort.

I believe the nature of the contest is that each individual who wants to participate will make their own assessment if its worth it. The economics of a free market will dictate who if anyone will make a submission and what effort they will put against it.

So to clarify - we will award the price as soon as we receive 200 submissions. We will verify them immediately after receiving them during and award the prize.

This Freelancing work itself is strategy. You are asking people to submit 200 sites with your message posted. You will later verify and select one as winner. But in this case you already got free promotions by rest of users as they did posting on 200 in order to win.

To be honest - we're looking for a quick 'push' for our campaign and i was hoping with so many SEO people using tools like scrapebox, someone would have already used it to research elligible sites and started the posting process. Someone with time, skills and most importantly the right tools should be able to do this task very quickly.

Hi there & thanks for your note.

The assignment is relatively simple. Find up to 200 sites that are blogs, facebook pages, etc - that deal with fund raising, non-profit, charity, etc which might benefits from the offer. Post a comments/response/blog/etc. to those pages regarding our offer. An example of comments has been included in the attachment.

When done - send spreadsheet with URL's so we can verify and we'll award the prize.

Please note - follow above guidelines very clearly - we don't want this to come across as spam.
