Contest Brief

Your job is to create a high quality 3d rendering of a given cad file. The CAD file contains the ground plan, side view and average of the house you create a 3d of. We need 3d pictures of the inside and outside of the building.

We also deliver pictures of surfaces. You search for structures that look the same to create a photorealistic 3d animation. The winner of this contest should be free to assist us for some more jobs like that, we need to add some new interiors soon and also for changes that need to be done within the next half year. You get payed for every following job separate.

The house is standing in Germany, we do not have palm trees here. We can provide photos of the environment and surroundings of that building so you can make it much more realistic.

PLEASE NOTE: IT MUST BE A HIGH QUALITY RENDERING, NO AMATEURS! YOU MUST HAVE TIME TO WORK ON THIS PROJECT FOR AT LEAST 2-3 MONTH BECAUSE WE NEED MODIFICATION FROM TIME TO TIME. EVERY JOB GETS PAYD SEPERATELY. THIS IS A CONTEST TO FIND A REAL PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH!

  Until now there are just uploads with demo renderings that do not belong to that project. Thats because we do not rate them. If we see needed changes in the textures, and the model itself we also can discuss it afterwards. Its just really important for us to see the quality of the rendering itself. Changes can be made on it later in the process..

  Hello :) we wanted to take part in the contest, but unfortunately we saw the announcement late and we didn't have time to take part. It would be nice if you extended the deadline, so we (and maybe more participants) could join your contest. Is it also possible to make just a part of the building as example for render, and continue the project out of deadline? Thanks in advance :) RED LAMP
