Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a custom home plan design for me. I have a few ideas in mind, but I am open to suggestions from the designer. The design should include more than 6 rooms. I want a easy to build 3 level contemporary home with a lot of windows the walkout basement is the third level with a master bedroom upstairs with a balcony porch off the back of the house and a 3 car garage I've include some design ideas I want a open floor plan with high ceilings I would also like the MEP for the designs the home should be 3500sf to 4200sf I would as like a 3d render so I can the potential final look.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in custom home plan design
- Knowledge of architectural design principles
- Ability to incorporate specific features into the design
- Creativity and the ability to provide suggestions and recommendations

from your description i understood that the third floor which is G+2 is a walkout basement with a master bedroom? and that master bedroom does it count as part of the 6 rooms?
