Contest Brief

Hi I need to redesign the website for a hotel, Hakuba Springs Hotel. The current website has all information on it that needs to be listed on the new website and is http://www.hakuba-springs.com/ first of all I would like design layouts to be submitted in a competition along with a quote for the complete website and a time frame, following this we will select a winner which will win the competition for the design contest and we will negotiate a cost for the complete website. I would like 2 pages submitted as part of the competition, the first one is the home page which I have been very specific about below so you have considerable direction on how to do that. The Second page will be the accommodation main page and you are required to submit an original design for this using the images and information currently on http://www.hakuba-springs.com/

I would like the website to be based on a similar design to this website: http://nisekoalpineaccommodation.com/ following this criteria.

1. Attached logo top left
2. Main image being the Attached Hakuba Springs Exterior - Text to be written on top of this image saying, "Premier Hakuba Accommodation" and a "more info >" link
3. Links bar above the main image with links to "rooms" "restaurant/bar" "bookings" "access" "contact us"
3. Underneath the main image 4 box images same size on 2 lines with 2 images next to each other, They will be links to -

image 1. "Guest Services" (please find your own image to use here this can be ammended later on
image 2. "Hotel Reviews", please Trip Advisor Travellors images or Trip Avisor Travellers choice image
image 3. (second line) "Hakuba Resort Information" us an image use attached Hakuba 2314 image with the text written on top
image 4. "Gallery" please find your own image to use here that you see as being the most appropriate

Underneath these 4 images we will need the footer with -

Hotel address and contact details
links to the following pages on the site
Hotel
Rooms
Restaurant
Bar
Onsen
Guest services

And a Trip Advisor Travellers choice graphic similar to on here: http://nisekoalpineaccommodation.com/

Once the competition is finished and we select a winner to design the complete website it will need to be responsive. This will be a full website redisgn and we require submissions to be made only from those that can complete the full website. A team of graphic designers + programmers may be best.

This initial competition is just a design mock up, once the final website is awarded all images, logos etc will be supplied.

would you like the whole page to emphasize on the purple color of the logo? or we are free to use a text version of the logo in a different color!

  You can right click on the images and save it as you like. For eg: *.jpg or *.png or it will automatically save in its default extension.
