PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

................SMALL SINGLE STORY HOUSES..............

!!!!! LIKELY TO BE MORE THAN ONE WINNER SO YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE GREATER !!!!!!!
We are looking to SELECT roughly 10 WINNERS

This is for lower income families and individuals. First Home owners etc...
We need some SMALL SCALE SINGLE STORY house designs.
section/stand/land sizes are as detailed in the attached image.
PLEASE specify which land size you have designed your house to in accordance with the attached image A,B,C or D
THESE ARE GOING TO BE BUILT, so please keep it real and BUILDABLE.

EACH ENTRY SHOULD HAVE A FLOOR PLAN (COLORED) AND 3D RENDER (COLORED)
Your renders MUST be in color (black and white will be rejected)
Floor Plans MUST have furniture and be in COLOR. I have attached some plans that we are currently using.

DESIGN CRITERIA:
Open Plan - kitchen, Dining, Living
MINIMUM 2 Bed Rooms (can be More)
1 Shared Bathroom
1 Shared Toilet (to satisfy local by-laws toilet must have occupancy separation, such as a passage or lobby)
MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE
Master Walk In Wardrobe

Skills required:
3D Modelling, 3D Rendering, AutoCAD, Building Architecture, House Plans, House Design

The Winner should present the CAD, RENDER and IMAGE files used to create the result
Prefer Autocad Architecture and Max Files But this should NOT restrict you.

PLEASE NOTE: While we encourage creativity and modernism, These should be realistic and BUILD ABLE designs.. I should have mentioned that this design brief is for lower income individuals and families.. THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO BE BUILT.

  precast can work, but it quite a costly method of construction. Most of these people will be building their own homes, so the materials to be used would probebly suite something a little less specific knowledge. Such as Brick, or plasterd doube skin brick walls. Possibly various claddings such as timber?

  I have made the layouts which is as per the site dimensions and they fit in the buildable area. Also, these are for lower income individuals and families and single storied.
