Contest Brief

I'm in need of a digital house rendering that replicates an existing physical layout.
I would like to visualise the difference specific changes will make to the exterior of our existing property..
Available Images are limited and may not be ideal so a little licence to replicate the Facade as true to original as possible presenting a realistic impression of the outcome.

-Image 1 represents the existing Facade.
-Image 2 & 3 are for inspiration and represent the new colour scheme.

Please utilise the colour pallet on image 2, Roof Dark Grey, Windows White and Walls Light Grey to achieve the following changes.

1. Replace Garage Doors with Windows at same height as existing windows.
2. Remove Cross Bars from all other downstairs windows
3.Omit contrast timbers across walls.
4. Upstairs walls to reflect weatherboard cladding.
5. Present lower level walls in two options a) Render B) Weatherboard Cladding.
