Contest Brief

We're in the process of building a new website on WordPress, and would like a form build - no design skills required.

You are to build one form with the following requirements;

- Field validation
- Spam protection (honeypot preferred)
- AJAX form submission
- Submissions sent to any elected email address.

Once the forms are built, you'll host them on your own development/stage server for testing and transfer the files to us once the form is working correctly. We'll then handle design and integration with the WordPress theme.
