Contest Brief

Want to apply for state and fed grants to build a pedestrian and biking trail between Holt and Kearney Mo. The old Burlington railroad that stopped running in 1960. Also known as the Cannon Ball trail.
Project will need to lay roughly 7 miles of concrete and rebuild one bridge two walk ways including a few culverts. It will go from Jesse James park to Holt city park.
