  You haven't got many entries since the contest is not guaranteed. Participating in contest itself is a gamble of freelancer time. When it is not guaranteed, nobody takes the effort to do it. Maybe you should think of making it a guaranteed contest.

  Hi, it should be a ladder or is that okay if it is a stairs?
  Also each rung should has the same size?

     It needs to be a ladder, because that's the name of the model. I think they should be a similar size, but happy to see other options. Thanks!

  So basically, you want a ladder with those seven stages written on the rungs? Do you have a particular color scheme in mind or is it entirely up to us? Thanks.

     no colour scheme in mind, except to say I'll be using it in powerpoint presentations so colour/s that will project well will be great. I'm thinking it's best to avoid reds and greens due to colour-blindness - though I"m no expert on useability :)
