Contest Brief

Need for a cool design for a waiting list for an iPad app.

1. To give you an idea i have attached an image from buzztable.com. I want it to be much simpler and no need for a keypad.
2. I have attached a logo to use.
3. I need it to have columns for: Name, No. of people booked, Time and contact number.

it is a waiting list for my restaurant. when people arrive or call, we can put their name, time and amount of people on the waiting list
