I need some Graphic Design for the cover of a catalog - EASY!

EASY and quick 24 hr project: I need to design a catalog cover to look EXACTLY like the picture linked here:

The only exception is, instead of the cover saying: WEB PRINT MEDIA; I want it to say - TAKE A FRESH LOOK - and also, I need the logo attached inserted at the bottom left hand corner. I need a back cover in the same creative style but with NO text as well ; it just needs to have the logo followed by the following contact info in the centre:

Think this task might be a little unclear to some designers - the cover is only what you see in entries 2, 3, 5 and 8. That's the cover. Entries 10 and 11 are completely misunderstood so please review and provide cover designs.
