Contest Brief

I'm looking to have my current logo modernized. I like the current design but I thing the graphic is too large for the wording and the positioning looks off as well. Would like to see some new examples of the sizing and fonts, adjustments can be made to make the graphic look nicer but I like its overall design. Please provide black wording on a white background as well as one other style as well. Final files for delivery need to be .jpeg .ai .psd .png. Thanks
