I need an icon made in 40x40px and 100x100px of a Phoenix bird. For inspiration, see this: http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-107959178/stock-vector-tribal-phoenix.html?src=2s50m-uZuuVGSCNEBSXyIg-1-0

The icon must be two colours only: a white icon and a transparent background. Do not use anti-aliasing as the icon need to be displayed on different background.

I am rejecting all the images that have a "circular" design (though some of them are really nice). I dont want them image to look too much like firebird
