We are developing a new training program called: "Ride the Change Dragon(TM)" and we need a dragon image template and two variations to use in the promotional material, manuals, program resources.
The contest winner will have an opportunity for ongoing work in a separate project which will involve adapted versions of the Dragon for a book which is currently in progress.
We want simple and sharp images with strong lines and not a lot of clutter.
The dragon needs to be:
Fierce not scary, capable of encapsulating the light and the dark side,
Powerful, wise and protective,
Caring and playful
Capable of flight and being ridden.
Appeal to Eastern and Western sensibilities as the program could be run in Asia and Australia.
Simple and able to look good when printed in black and white and colour.
Appeal to a corporate audience
A threatening version
A friendly version
About the dragon
The dragon represents many aspects of our inner lives.
"At their best, inner dragons are wise and protective, helping us find what we need to succeed in life. At their worst, they are over-protective and misguided, seeing threats in every corner, creating unnecessary fears and anxieties which drive unhelpful behaviours, preventing us reach our potential. Behind the fear inducing smoke and flame is great personal gold, which they release when tamed."
About the program
The Ride the Change Dragon program is targeted to the workplace - particularly to leaders and managers dealing with or implementing change in an organisation and with an emphasis on supporting people make adaptive change i.e. change that lasts.
