Contest Brief

I need someone to illustrate a high quality poster of a cartoon dog. The dog will need to look like the dog version of Hello Kitty, but in the bold, bright and contrasty style of Takashi Murakami (see the attached files for Murakami's style).

Initial work will consist of character design. Once I’m happy with the character, I will need the poster created for printing.

The dog will be floating upside down in space, in a space suit with a Chinese flag, with the earth, sun, and black space behind him.

As it will be printed, the poster will need to be in the Adobe RGB (1998) colour space, 300 dots per inch (300 DPI), 150cm x 100cm (150cm height x 100cm width), and saved either as a PSD or TIFF.

Please don’t send generic responses. I will be looking for someone who has read the brief, understands it, and is enthusiastic about the project.

We only need to create the character design first right?
The space china flag austrodog can be made with this character design, but only if it wins? Sorry for the question.
