Contest Brief

Hi,

I need to change the character ( please see the attachment bellow ).
I need to make it look more as a bear and not as a rat. I don't need too wintery look.

What I'd like to change:
1. to edit the texture of his skin ( his skin looks shiny and slippery and it looks like he is bold ), to change it to a softer look.
2. to make his hands/paws bigger ( he has skinny fingers and it looks more as a rat's hand ), to change it paws more as bear's paws.
3. to change his eyes ( he has a lot of white color in his eye balls ), or to change his whole eyes or just to add more blue to it but a darker blue.
4. on the image with the speaker his teeth are not straight and to make it in a nice shape.

I need this character in those 2 poses as it attached. As the final result I'd like to receive a softer and a cuter version that it is right now.
