Contest Brief

I have recently completed a novel titled, "It's a Long Walk Home in Dress Shoes" and need someone to design a cover. The novel follows a man who leaves his comfort zone and discovers what is truly important to him. Much alcohol in the story. The setting takes place in the city of Chicago. I was thinking the main theme of the cover would be a pair of dress shoes with an alcoholic bottle shoved in one of them. Adding some elements of the city in the background would also be nice. Something simple, nothing too complex, but I would like it to look nice. Feel free to stray away from my idea if you feel you have something better (the last contest winner I had did something completely different than what I had suggested).
