Illustrator needed to create three mascots/avatars in a similar style to the attached example

Can you help me with the creation of a graphic with a similar style to the attached example (but different enough so it doesn't look like I just copied someone else's image)?

I want a picture of three people in a similar pose to the attached example, and similar in style, but with the following changes:
* Avatar on the left should be a clean-shaven African-America male with short hair
* Avatar in the middle should be a clean shaven caucasian male with short hair
* Avatar on the right should be a latino female with long hair in a ponytail
* The avatars on the left and right should be slightly more front-facing and looking forward.
* All three avatars will be wearing polo shirts and baseball caps that are navy blue (hex #100a68) in color with green (hex #37ff01) highlights similar to the attached polo shirt and cap designs.

The final artwork will be used in several marketing applications from websites to vinyl wraps on commercial vans so the final files must be of appropriate size and resolution (.ai or layered .psd files are preferred).
