Contest Brief

We build and sell StorageCondos since 1996. It is time to improve the elevations of the buildings without substantially increasing the construction cost. We start with the purchase of several acres, building 12,000sf buildings, divide into 1000sf spaces with a large garage door (16’ x 16’) and man door and sell these individual units for mancaves used to store boats, Motorhomes and man cave toys of all types. We include heat, lights, electricity, water and sewer in each unit.

Historically they have had a very plan front elevation. The roof has been 4/12 shingled and would consider a steel roof. We’d like a design/rendering that incorporates color, and modern awning over the man door, suggestions on exterior lighting that draws attention and is attractive.
