    we would have to submit clarifications:
    1) - the box that type of material must contain (loose parts, liquids, or other?);
    2) - the pressure of 100 Kg where it is exercised? In the rear hooks on the bottom, on the edges, on the walls, on the cap, or something else?
    3) - the design that you propose must be faithful with the thickness, or may vary according to the calculations of the resistance of various materials to be taken?
    We believe that our questions are indispensable in order to make a viable proposal.

    Hello! I can deliver .stl, .step .stp file from SolidWorks. Also I can simulate stress of 100Kg pressure and deliver .jpeg files to verify that the part response for this stress, and I can apply safety factors. I suggest you to specify which version of AutoCAD you are using, so that I can deliver the right solution. For the outside box with 80x60x100 cm I suggest welded sheet metal parts.

    It is a simple project. First, I will draw by autocad, then export it to stl, step, stp file for simulation by Ansys. I will show you the results of two options:
    - with 100kg, we will select materials for enough strength
    - with fixed materials, we will get the pressure by the "trial and error method", mean: I change the pressure to get the stability of box.
