  Hello Sir. I am new to this site and mistakenly submit logo assuming it to be a logo submission contest because it appear after clicking logo contest. I have adobe photoshop but i don't have adobe illustrator. after reading the requirement i have my own vision of graphics. can i made it using adobe photoshop. I am asking because in the requirement it is mentioned to be in the format AI or EPS.

In the design it best to only have 3 or 4 colors used, as the design needs to be a very clean corporate look.
