Contest Brief

I want HTML input slider according to my requirement in the attached document.

You can change the color of the boat icon according to the slider background.
The slider can have sea blue background or any matching color. When the user drags boat the value in the flag must change or you can have non editable text field at the end of slider to show this value. The page can have any number of destination sliders, so please code accordingly.
