Contest Brief

I want to have a very simple piece of code I can copy paste into my project (under the "execute Salesforce report" button I have ready for it

It has to use some Salesforce API passing login and password (advanced security is implemented on my account, I will receive a request on my mobile to confirm the login from my salesforce 3 point Authentication applet, but that should be transparent I guess) and the name of the report to execute.

A nice to have (that will probably decide of the winner) is to pass two (standard, see the screenshot provided)additional date parameters that the report will use.

Please also provide the import statements for the necessary libraries (Salesforce libraries and any others you use) the URL where to download the jar files necessary to compile your code.
Good luck
