Contest Brief

I would like the attached file edited with the following changes.

- Heading one line at the top.
- Logo Higher up top right corner (size is fine)
- Customer details box smaller and higher up.
- Description of works changed with a smalled column for date entry and then description beside it.
- Description box bigger to allow approx 10 lines or rows.
- Labour Box is the same approx 10 lines or rows but another column at the start for worker name.
- Materials box have as many lines or rows as possible.
