  their ethics is not something other designers. trying to make money out of my prepared design. Not a pleasant situation.

  ok our client wants number 4 with modifications
  "she wants to know if your could put the wrench for the back wheel instead of the front?"
  i asked the designer of number 4 for these changes and they havnt responded. If someone is able to do these more then likely thats who gets it otherwise we will use number 4.
  how close to number 4 can you get?

  Please do not consider this as a copy of #4 . Since that guy is not responding to your request, and you liked that logo the most, we wanted to use that concept and change things around to see if you like it. IF you do please let us know if the colors need to be changed. But remember there are lots of logo that are identical but not copy and ours is not copy as well. Thank, please provide feedback.

  our client currently likes 4 and 21 the most. on four they want one change the wrench should be the back wheel they said,
  22 is new I will show them that one as well.
