Contest Brief

Need a drawing of a plane flying around in the sky and trailing it is water vapor words that say "Kiss Me, I'm a Millionaire".
For local high school t-shirts. Nickname of high school is the Millionaires. The school's logo is a top hat and cane. So a character driving the plane that looks like the Monopoly man would be perfect. School colors are red and white.

I was thinking of a red and white biplane, please try to keep design to three colors. The lettering is a crucial part of this design.

Will be screen printing this design on t-shirts. Will need it in a vector format pdf or eps format
