Contest Brief

I need a modern redesign of actual Knits4Gifts logo. I am open to more type of logos: incorporating the full name, incorporating only K4G with some knitting clipart (please note it's knitting and not crocheting, involves 'knitting needles' :D). It needs to be simple, catchy and modern. Also, the text should be more incorporated with picture to give the 'unified/one logo' feeling and not to be able to cut it separately. I will need all the formats in the end; and also in big size vector/psd/pdf (for printing on flyers, banners). I attach the current logo. It will be great to be able to change colors by myself (but not mandatory). Thanks and good luck! ;)
