I am looking for a talented freelancer to create a modern landscape idea-board/contest design for my entire property. As I am open to suggestions, I need someone with a creative and innovative mindset to come up with unique design ideas. The size of the property in the pictures is 12meters X 33 meters long

The pictures are a mere guide but all the buildings should be demolished unless there is a real requirement to keep them

  The last picture was me " thinking out aloud" Maybe as an option we can have the bar / counter in the center and the around we could have shade sails with seating for example something along those lines I shall put a few of my ideas across also in picture format

  I have added to the list of uploads an aerial view of the location
  
  It’s 33m X 12M there are other facilities on the premises
  
  But what we want to do is to create an outdoor cocktail bar area and maybe a Barbeque point with maybe shade sails and sitting areas
  
  I shall try and sketch what I have in mind and upload
  
  The idea is to get the best set or swatches or idea board before actually engaging for detailed sketches
