Hello, are you experience user with Laravel and know how to do custom php? Do you know working in WHM/cPanel?

we have this program that allow user to register, login and do small investment, it was a concept project.
the project already finished but we notice some few problem and need be fixing.

I need someone to help

- Optimize laravel project and identify any issue (important)
- Fixing our mail delivery system (our PHP mail is slow and sometime go to spam)
Minor
- Fixing minor thing
- Fixing Google ReCAPTCHA in login
- Identify if the project compatible with PHP8.0+
- Do simple email design
- Able to change url
