I am looking for a universal logo to be used in all marketing efforts. This includes online, social media and print media. Ideally it will have a classic look so when it's seen, even for the first time, it has a look that is appealing and recognizable. Lightningfastsale.com is a local company operating in the Atlanta, GA market. We work with home owners who need to sell their home for various reasons. Most of the time, the seller is wanting a fast sale and one without issues typically found in a traditional real estate transaction. We are real estate professionals and want this to be reflected in our marketing as well. We typically pay cash for a property to either re-sell, hold for rental, or refer the seller to one of our preferred Realtors to assist them with a retail sale. It's important that we create a win-win for our investors and the seller, or there is no deal. Integrity is important. If you want more information, you can visit our site. Thank you for the entries. To give a little feedback and direction, the elements that I like so far incorporate a lightning bolt, "$", and a home. The home and "$" does not have to be a separate picture; roof line, or incorporated into the text could allow for additional marketing flexibility. I hope this helps your creative process.
