Contest Brief

Looking for a creative logo for my real estate company. Here are 2 options I would like to have created and expanded (see attachment). Hoping to incorporate double R together as the statement. The font should be high end, modern, fresh and cool. Less is more. You can find a palette idea attached (although you can go towards your own style of colors).
Also, in one of the options with the double R, you can also see an I in the middle which stands for ''Immobilier'' (real-estate in French).

The name of the company is ''Immobilier Revah'' in French and ''Revah Realty'' in English and BOTH have to be incorporated in the Logo (Immobilier Revah has to be the same size of Revah Realty or slightly bigger).

ALSO, please feel free to take us on a completely different side with different color pallets and using your creativity and talent.
