    Hello my friend,
    I tried my best to get her to change her mind. Young people are just so fickle. She decided to go with what we already have with just some minor changes. The home page to look like the site I gave you earlier with a photo gallery page where customers can upload their images and comments. I just posted the job and I have more than 20 bids in about 5 minutes. I would like you to get it. It's not much work and I was expecting to pay around $100. I'll decide in the morning when I awake.

    Since it's an eCommerce site, her budget is $350 - $400 USD but since your fee is much higher, she wants me to post it and see what responses we can get. There are lots of free carts out there. If you know css, you can make anything you want. I just found AbanteCart. I think that would work with someone who knows css well.

    Yes, it must be responsive. The layout should look like this site:http://www.inhairco.com/home.php
    and the menu should have the items in http://diamondvirginhair.com/. The site is selling hair. It must be able to accept PayPal payments. Basically, if you can create the home page with the links to the products, I can do the rest.
