Hi,
I am looking for logo for private.me as described below:

- Safe & secure (blue is a good color, not too dark or bright - warm).
- Simple.
- Practical / functional (not flowery or elaborate).
- Relatable, feels like a personal relationship (not appear B2B or too big / untouchable) - a cheerful, friendly color as an accent could suggest this:
Tech savvy thought leaders, but not futuristic or so leading edge that it suggests it's only for early adopters / the fringes - so maybe rounded letters like Facebook, Amazon, other current/relevant brands vs edgy or boxy / sharp (don't want it to look like old-school tech brands)
- Design savvy (influenced by Apple) because all great brands should be.

The font "Nerris Black" attached is similar to what I am looking for, but I am open to other suggestions as well.

The attached jpg file representation for an Icon, a hand gesture for privacy, which I need it to be done similar to blue and white like twitter.com canary.

Also I am looking of search page similar to google or bing. simple and clean design.

OK! Is the content of the new designed website will be the same as your current one? If yes, then you are looking for the following:

1- Home Page "Landing Page"
2- About Us Page
3- Our Mission or Mission Statement Page "Also it could be in Our Mission Paragraph right below the About Us Section"
4- Our Team Page
5- Patent Information and the Download our NDA, I would put them in a nice layout on the front page "Landing Page"
6- News with a drop menu showing: "Privacy News and Cyber Security News"
7- Finally Contact Us Page with google maps, professional contact us electronic form with your choice of the fields

I am from California, and according to the California law, you need a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and Conditions, are you aware of that law?

Now question, you have mentioned that you need a search page as google, where that page would be? Or you want an actual search engine design from A-Z? Please provide more information.
