Contest Brief

My business is going to be centered around PCB manufacture and assembly, but I plan to branch off to electronics design services as well as high quality educational content and kit design. It is only a suggestion but if you are going to use icons, you can have a look at electronics schematic symbols like transistors or diodes (or any other electronics component for that matter), but they have to blend in to the logo quite well ...

My business' name is "Eratronics", which is meant to mean the electronics of the era, or teach the new era/generation about electronics. If you deem necessary you can emphasize the fact that the name is made up of two syllables. I would like an elegant Web 2.0 style logo with clean lines and not too many colors. Again this is only a suggestion, if you have an idea that might not comply with this, that you think is appropriate you should not omit it.

The logo can be either iconic or textual. The initial slogan is "Inspiring the future", however, this is not final, I would like to see innovative and creative slogans, they may actually influence the choice. The logo will be used online, in ads, and it will also be stamped on products and manuals. The original design file (Illustrator, Photoshop), a high resolution and a low resolution render have to be provided.
