We are a multi-specialty clinic offering dental treatments, particularly transplants, and cosmetic services such as lip fillers, botox, and other facial care treatments. We seek an experienced and creative designer to create a logo embodying our clinic's values and services.

ATTETION!
(1) Please be advised that our clinic is not solely focused on dental services. We offer a range of cosmetic treatments, including facial harmonization, lip fillers, Botox, and more. Your design should encapsulate both the dental and cosmetic services that we offer. Proposals focusing only on dental will not be considered suitable for our needs.
(2) Additional Note on File Format:
Due to platform limitations, we couldn't specify this in the requirements section, but please note that the final deliverable must be in a fully editable vector file format (.AI, .EPS, etc.). This is to ensure that we can make future modifications to the logo as needed. Proposals that cannot commit to delivering in this format will not be considered.

Brand name: DOCTORS BEAUTY

Requirements:
Color Scheme: The predominant colors should range from #05BBC6 to #306A9C.
Style: The logo should be modern, sophisticated, subtle, and delicate.
Original Work: The design must be original and not plagiarized.
File Formats: Final deliverables should be in vector format (.AI, .EPS), PNG, and JPG.

Contract Clauses:
Non-disclosure Agreement: The freelancer agrees to keep all project details confidential and not to share any information with third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights: All rights to the logo design will be transferred to us upon full payment. The freelancer agrees not to use the logo in their portfolio without prior permission.

Milestones: Payments will be released based on milestones, with the final payment contingent on transferring all intellectual property rights.
