we want a logo for upcoming recruitment website, it's a global Semiconductor and Telecommunications bespoke recruitment website.
the main color is #6B9FA6
the word on logo shoud: "Link R & D", it's better replace "&" with Chain on logo.

here is current logo http://goo.gl/vD3FHv, but client don't like that.
the color and word is correct, but should more Modern and Professional.
