I disagree it looks nothing like the hello kitty other than pose, were is the link to plagiarized image vanesaurus, I believe the contest holder choose the cutest simplest design as was outlined in brief, many design here are ripped straight from the web

Thank you. I worked hard. The detective work wasn't intentional, is just that everyone looks for references in the same places and it's upsetting that someone that just added two lines to another person's drawing has the same score.

It is annoying to see some number of 'designers' just download free templates and pick awards (won't name contest where that happened few days ago, maybe you know), while others working hard and watching that helplessly. If site admins won't do their work even after contest holders report, we can at least warn contest holders to skip such designs.
