     The proposed name is viable, but still can improve.
     Concerning the logo design, think about the icons that are used to facebook, twitter, foursquare, skype, etc. all are distinctive and easy to remember. Logo will be used on webpage, prints & icons

  Hi Deep167, we are looking for different kind of logo, no more of one icon image, unique, distinctive, easy to recognize whether such a letter "f" facebook, "t" to twitter or easily remembered by an icon like the bird of twitter
